Situated in Salento, 36 km from Pereira's Botanical Garden, Hotel Kawa Mountain Retreat features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a bar, as well as a hot tub. Some rooms at the property have a balcony with a river view. We had a wonderful stay at Kawa. There was nothing the staff couldn't do for us. The view is absolutely spectacular, it really felt like a 5 star experience from the moment we got there. Eduardo checked us in and made us feel at home straight away. We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant as well as breakfast both days. The presentation was gorgeous as well as delicious flavours. I can't remember the name of our waitress but she was one of the loveliest waitresses we've had in Colombia. There are a number of little touches which really round off the whole thing including actually nice shower gel and a little note for arrival in the room. Could not recommend this place more. There is a small path which takes you straight to town so getting into Salento is super easy.
