The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and had many recommendations for activities in the area. Breakfast was delicious and served on a nice outdoor terrace. The property of the finca itself is huge, there is a lot to explore. A highlight outside the finca were the blue falls, which were recommended to us by one of the staff members.

The location close to the volcano was amazing. The swimming pool and heated jacuzzi were top notch, and accessing them through a hanging bridge was an awesome experience. The room was also very nice.

Villas have a kitchenette and lounge. The standard and superior rooms are set in different areas of the property. Iliked almost everything: location, facilities, room, pools etc. The only thing I would recommend is to give more options in breakfast. lack of vegetables and other healthy options was the only thing I didn’t like in this hotel

The lodge offers free parking. You can arrange excursions like a canopy tour or a visit to nearby hot springs. My first room was close to the road, a lot of noise. Manrique was very helpful in finding another room. Then I decided to stay an extra night and was upgraded to a room with a private thermal pool which was excellent.
