It's spacious, comfortable and was perfect for our little family of three. The baby cot was provided too. It has all the necessary amenities. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. Anildo is a great host, very welcoming, helpful and highly responsive.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything you would need, including aircon, a hot shower, and good wifi. The location is ideal, with a stunning beach right over the road that was nice and quiet the whole time we stayed. There is also a shared pool and bar/restaurant which were also perfect. There are also really nice cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets a couple of minutes up the road which we found really convenient. Lavínia was an amazing host, responding to messages quickly, and even offered to clean the apartment half way through our stay. Thank you for everything :) I would highly reccommend this apartment for anyone staying in Boa Vista!

The apartment is spacious, bright, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view of the ocean sunset from the terrace. It’s fully equipped, very comfortable, and makes you feel right at home. The best part is that you just cross the street and you’re already on a gorgeous beach for the ultimate Boa Vista experience. Monica is truly wonderful kind and always ready to help, which made our stay even more special. We absolutely loved it here and would happily come back anytime.

L’hébergement Apartamento Avenida se trouve à Sal Rei, à respectivement 600 mètres, 600 mètres et 700 mètres de ces lieux d’intérêt : Praia de Estoril, Santa Isabel square et Santa Isabel Church. Lovely appartment close to the beach and the center. I arrived in the middle of the night and the owner was there to welcome me. The house is at the location of the map on booking, so easy to find. The owner is waiting at the balcony, so i found it really easy. For boa vista prices, really amazing. Yes it is a busy street, you won't find yourself on the balcony but luckily you have lots of cafes or the beach to chill. The kitchen it a bit limited, maybe a frying pan would be nice, but in the basicness you can still make everything you want (i also assume you are not going to cook all out since its a holiday). Bed is comfi and big. Its really not that hot during the night, so a fan is more than enough (i didn't even need it).

If you are looking for an authentic stay in Sal Rei and you are interested in experiencing Boa Vista's lifestyle, I highly recommend staying in Ka-Bela. The owners are the sweetest people who will do their best to make their guests happy. They live in the same building so check in is very easy. They were always there to answer any of my questions. The apartment had all I needed. It was clean and quiet. It's located close to the city centre (5 min walking distance) and just around the corner from Praia de Cabral - a beautiful natural beach.
