One instance that truly stood out was when my son forgot his favorite toy in our room after we had already left the hotel and even the country. The staff not only found the toy but also shipped it back to us in Poland. Seeing my son's joy when he was reunited with his beloved toy was priceless. This level of care and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dresden!

As an visibly non-binary person I especially liked the fact that no personnel (reception, bar) ever had any problems with gendering (or in this case: not gendering me at all). It always feels very special to get the feeling that the person on the side uses non-gendered language just naturally, just as default without any problems. I arrived on May 29th, 15:30. to the person at the reception at that time who welcomed me: THANK YOU for your kindness. You are an awesome person.
