They had everything ready and everything was clear: no long delays, no extra charges, no scam by anyone there, but a family. I enjoyed a lot spending Christmas with them and all my group, but again, it is not just about an experience with nice people, but an experience being managed by PROFESSIONAL and RELIABLE people.
