We really loved the location. It is definitely not in the heart of all of the touristy sights but that’s what we loved. It was very quiet and away from all of the hubbub. We used the Valenbisi app and biked all over town (there’s a station steps away from the apartments). Just a quick little bike ride gets you to the beautiful Turia Park which can take to all the sights you want to see. And afterwards we got to hang out in our neighborhood with the locals. It was really the best of both worlds. Plus there’s a grocery store, bakery, fruit stand, laundry mat, and coffee shop all within walking distance. We had a rental car that sat in the garage the whole time because we never needed it ( the parking garage is clean and easy to navigate after a bit of a steep entrance). Also, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances but no spices or oils. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing! Great pressure. Would stay again for sure.

Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a groceries store if you want to get a few things to eat in the room. The small kitchen is well appointed. I will stay there again if I am in León.

Hotel & Spa Convento San Francisco is set in Soria, 300 metres from Numantino Museum and less than 1 km from Soria Bus Station. We liked that we could park safely in the underground car park and use their electric car charging facilities. Room was good, with the best shower we had on our travels. There is no restaurant at the hotel for evening meal but the receptionist recommended the Kioski bar and restaurant just across the road in the park. I think this is under the same ownership as the hotel. We had tapas for lunch in the bar and had an evening meal in the restaurant. Both were excellent. A really good buzz in the bar with locals. As we walked past to go in the restaurant for our evening meal it was packed, so worth booking. We didn't use the spa facilities at the hotel.
