Dinner was one of the highlights. Valérie serves a home-cooked, family-style meal that feels like you're dining in someone’s warm country kitchen. I had a dietary restriction and, even though I hadn’t mentioned it in advance, she kindly prepared a vegetarian dish for me at the last minute. Future guests should let her know of any special dietary needs ahead of time, since she prepares everything herself with great care. This isn’t your typical hotel stay, so please come with an open mind for discovering something a little different. We loved every minute and can’t wait to return.
