Even if I stayed just for one night It was just perfect! The Ocean view It's one of the most beautiful view in Scotland. My room was big and very clean, with modern hot shower and a confy bed. The place It's just 15 minutes walking distance from the Ferry and the center of Rothesay. ...Ten minutes walking by the Ocean that were the most beautiful part of my journey! The delicius breakfast cooked from the Patron Chef was very generous and served by lovely staff members. I wanted to stay longer, but It was full booked! So, I am looking forward to coming back soon! We especially liked the location of Harbour View as it looked right onto the Bay and we could watch everything happening out there from the two comfy armchairs positioned right in the big bay window upstairs. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were good. The outdoor spaces were great and we sat in the garden at the front one evening watching the ferries come and go. There is an information book which was helpful and the tourist information office is very close. Marzena and David had left a number of tasty things for us which was very welcome and there are supermarkets close by. The house has everything you need which is lovely when you’re travelling.

There were comfy beds, great WiFi, and an excellent shower. The location was perfect, and you couldn't hear any neighbouring flats at all. We loved the music memorabilia in the flat, and the decor was really cool. Lovely host who was very responsive.
