The location is beautiful, the view from the windows is breathtaking and I can't say enough good about the hosts. They were so accomodating, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay agreeable. We got great recommendations of what to visit, where to eat (on a Sunday when everything is closed). The room was very comfortable, clean and cosy. And the homemade breakfast in the morning was delicious! Thank you so much for everything! Merci!

All the colours in the rooms are in tune with the surroundings. The house has everything you need, and is really comfortable. It's really easy to use.we didn't worry about having our dog with us. Easy to keep clean and tidy. Really dog friendly.

Beautifully renovated house, bedrooms, utility room and bathroom downstairs all with plenty of space and the main bedroom with fabulous view out to the bay. Upstairs the kitchen and living room area again with view using a window the width of the room to maximise the effect and light. Velux roof windows too brought in lots of light. Simple stylish furnishings suited it perfectly. Kitchen well equipped with freezer downstairs in utility room, perfect for not disturbing the silence you experience when staying here. Bathroom has large shower cabinet with an excellent shower fitted. Modern heating too, electric thermostat radiators throughout, very cosy at night and in the morning. The enjoyment is a credit to the housekeeper who presented the house immaculately clean and as new on arrival. Location is superb, less than half mile from Tarbert and down a track from the road there is no sound of cars passing and the house is private with a great view over Urgha bay,its idyllic. Excellent communication too from the owner who offers his number should you have any issues. We had a wonderful five nights in Harris and I cannot recommend this house enough, it’s wonderful.
