First of all it was super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had anything you might need. I would definitely recommend visiting the terrace on the roof. It's a bit far from the coast and centre (20 minutes walk), however Batumi is a small city and you can get anywhere by taxi (I would recommend bolt) for 3-6 GEL. Also, it's near the road so cars are too loud at night, however the same problem occures in most hotels in Batumi. You can keep the balcony closed and use air conditioning, this helps a lot. Best option in this price range.

The property was spotless, and the service overall was excellent—but special mention goes to Lucas (Luka)🙏, who went above and beyond expectations. The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.

One of the greatest stay I have ever had. Staff is amazing and very helpful. All the pictures are real and views are just stunning. Rooms are spacious and very clean, with big balconies. Breakfast was satisfactory and they had everything you might need to eat in the morning. Restaurant dishes were just HUGE and very affordable. Not saying anything about wine - we had 2 liter for just 20 Gel.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.
