View is stunning and super quiet during day and night. We never used the air con because the breeze is fantastic. You can also du laundry and it dries in 30 min, due to the breeze. You have a back patio where you can have lunch, if you don’t like the balcony. Super comfy bed and good breakfast base to have handy. The father of Nikos also helped us a lot with our motorcycle ♥️♥️ thank you!

Raw stone, polished cement, clean lines, and natural materials, the aesthetic hits that sweet spot between minimalism and warmth. Feels like something out of an Architectural Digest feature, without being pretentious. Final verdict: Iliades isn’t just a boutique, it’s an experience in itself. Incredible view, exceptionally clean, very polite lady that met us for check in. Coffee pods, water and fresh house shoes were provided in the apartment as well as small kitchen and hairdryer which was really nice. Parking spot for our rental car. Absolutely, would 10/10 recommend it. Just beautiful. And again, the cleanliness really needs to be mentioned here, we felt safe and awesome. Great trip, great island.
