They take great pride in delivering a bucolic beach experience for visitors and could not be more helpful with luggage and taxis--sometimes even driving themselves when we needed a connection. I would definitely stay again and enjoy the hospitality of this kind, attentive family.

Nicolas and his family are extremely nice and kind people and they do your best to make sure you enjoy your accommodation in Patmos. I loved them.

Barely outside of town (5min walk from main street) ask about heating water if booking in winter(water is normally heated by sunlight) netflix, bed was ok, blankets good. Great view! Close to restaurants. Very comfortable toom to come back to after a long day

Right next to the ferry port, good for middle of the night arrival/departures. I got a seaside view room and watching the harbor activities is always interesting. Breakfast was great, and the best coffee ever. Host is fabulous and full of good information. One of my favorite hotels.

I loved my stay and I wish I could’ve spent many more days here with 9 Muses. This was the highlight of my trip to Greece. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, the small beach nearby makes an excellent morning swim, and the whole property is an excellent jumping off point for exploring what Patmos has to offer.

Beautiful 5 star resort situated on it's own private beach, with lounges available for guests of the resort to use (including towels and water). The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is comprehensive with many options and coffee made to order. Nice touches like bringing by water bottles to your room at night, since you are a bit removed from shops etc. You can also walk to several restaurants nearby for dinner if you don't have a car. All in the value is quite good for the price you pay, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing week at the beach.

The property is soundproof and is located 5.7 km from Cave of Revelation. Demati House was a wonderful surprise! Very comfortable (mattress and pillows included) and spacious, decorated in the local style, yet very modern in services and amenities (A/C, fans, laundry room, kitchen, etc), with 5* housekeeping & fresh towels every day. The veranda and the garden are also a wonderful place to spend the days and nights when not at the beach or dining out. Last but not least, i love the location, very close to the best beaches of the island, 10 minutes by car from the port and 15 minutes from Chora, avoiding all the crowds, yet staying close enough if you wish to join. And you can park your car just outside the house.
