They are all very kind and polite and are genuinely and sincerely helpful. I’d like to mention the servers and the manager in the restaurant who have been very attentive to the guests all the time. I wish I can name them all but I hope that all of them are recognized and awarded for the great service they are providing to the guest. The breakfast buffet is a great spread, the staff are attentive and remember you, and gym also has a lot of good facilities. The rooms are charming with a good view. Overall a great stay. Ps for those who do not know Sudirman has a car free day on Sunday mornings so cabs cannot come to the hotel. Would recommend getting a grab bike or walking out of the area before ordering a grab!
