Excelton has become my go to hotel every time I visit Palembang now. The staff is outstanding, wouldn’t think that level of service would be available in Palembang. Room was perfect, cozy and the restaurant also serves lovely food. We had a bit of a problem regarding our food but the Chef himself helped us and served the problem right away, we’re very impressed with the service and decided to stay there again a week later.

Situated beside Palembang’s largest mall, Palembang Square Mall, Hotel Aryaduta offers elegant accommodation with free WiFi and parking. It is a very stylish place to be. And it has an intimacy that makes you relax and feel at home. The food from The Kitchen was top notch. I liked what I ordered so much I didn't try other things. Salmon, mashed potatoes, veggies - confort food. And a chicken mushroom soup that had a layer of a kind of filo dough on top of the bowl and was baked. SUPERB freshness, quality. 5 star in my book.
