The staff are fantastic, super friendly and really care about you. They explain everything in detail, give you great accommodation and answer any questions you may have. They also explain alternatives for budget travellers, such as local bus routes. They also explained the route to the volcano without a guide very well, even though they provide a guiding service themselves.

The bungalows are lovely and secluded staring out into the jungle. The staff are AMAZING. I got sick during our jungle trek and had to get out through a fairly dodgy route and the staff all came together to help me get out. The hotel booked me a different hotel as the jungle guide was booked for the night I was on a trek and brought me tea and medication to help. The next day, they transferred me back to the hotel. All of the employees are absolutely lovely and make the stay well worth it!

Le personnel était au petit soin, ils sont venus nous chercher à l'aéroport de Medan, et ont organisé un trek de 3 jours 2 nuits dans la jungle. L'expérience était magnifique, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

I loved the small cottage right next to the lake and the balcony to relax on. The bed was very comfortable with warm duvet. There was a fan but I didn't need it as the the weather was just nice. I loved the shower's very good water pressure and warm water. Some more there was a warm welcome as soon as I got off the ferry and the helpful staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay right up until I stepped back on the ferry. Loved the breakfast so much! Very tasty, filling and healthy.

Everything was well organized from start to finish. The jungle trek was unforgettable. We saw several orangutans, gibbons, and other monkeys. The guides were knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the environment, always respectful of the wildlife. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home right away. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. A perfect way to experience the jungle in a responsible and memorable way.

The owner was very friendly and helpful with organising transportation and our trip to Siberut to stay with the Mentawai Tribe (highly recommend this, if you're looking for an adventure off the beaten track). Everything looked exactly like in the pictures, the view is fantastic and the location just outside Padang means you can reach everything within 10-15 minutes by car/motorbike, but it's still quiet and a good place to relax and plan your trip. The food prepared by the owner tastes fantastic and is reasonably priced. All in all, we felt very well looked after and would definitely visit again.

Je n'évaluerais pas l'établissement nous n'étions pas venus pour. Par contre la sortie avec Johny et llana fut une fantastique journée. Nos guides se sont adaptés à nous et notre condition, un grand coup de cœur pour llana, qui avec sa gentillesse, et sa prévenance nous a grandement aidé, tu feras un très grand guide. Tout était très bien organisé que ce soit la voiture le treck avec tous les bons fruits. Une expérience que nous garderons

Situé en bord de mer à Bukit Lawang, l’établissement JUNGLE LIFE GUEST HOUSE - Trekking & Transport Only Book With Us possède un bar. Tout. La communication avec Alek au départ a été très bonne. Il a organisé notre transfert depuis l’aéroport. Nous avons été accueillies par Nabil, Dandy et Alek, en chanson. La chambre est très propre en face de la rivière. Nous avons également fait le trek avec eux dans la jungle et c’était incroyable ! Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. La nourriture était incroyable aussi! Je recommande vivement.
