At the front desk, Ritayan, Vedika, Saswati, Rahul, Vikas, Abhishek, Sachin & Niladri were wonderful. Niladri even helped us out of a tight spot. Thank you. Nirmalaya, Powrnami, Ankush & Abhik were great. A hotel is excellent thanks to staff who go the extra mile. We even had a good chauffeur through Trident. Jagdish bhai was courteous all through our travels. Trident is our go to hotel chain. Keep up the standards. You do stand apart even among other 5 star hotel chains we have stayed with.
