They were not only incredibly gentle and friendly, but also very informative and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit—some of which we would have never discovered on our own—and guided us to fantastic local restaurants where we enjoyed authentic Neapolitan cuisine. Thanks to their suggestions and hospitality, our trip felt truly special and personal. The location of the accommodation is another big plus. It’s very convenient, just a short walk from the metro, which makes it easy to explore Naples whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. We truly recommend this lodging to everyone. Very helpful staff - I had a late flight and was concerned about how to get there from the airport, but the staff were very responsive on whatsapp. The shared dorm was great, with privacy curtains and our own bathroom. Cats were sweet and the 'secret garden' aspect was super cool. I wish I could have stayed longer to appreciate it :)
