The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They had recommendations ready for dinner and trips. Breakfast was delightful in a very nice setting. The property was lovely and the rooms were perfect.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, especially the waiters who were exceptionally hospitable. The breakfast was amazing - new and delicious flavors every morning. I really enjoyed my stay!

The cable car to the beach is 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel's location is impressive; I had a room on the 4th floor with a direct view of Mount Etna and the sea. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, and a 7-minute walk from the Teatro Greco.

Situated just 26 km from Catania Piazza Duomo, Etna Exclusive provides accommodation in Ragalna with access to pool with a view, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. We had reserved rooms with "mountain view", but the rooms were actually on the backside of the building with views of the valley rather than Etna. After much discussion, we were able to pay an extra 20 Euro per room to move to suites with Etna view. The only rooms with Etna view are the three suites with jacuzzi baths, all on the ground floor. The pool is nice, but really doesn't have much of a view as there is a large building next door.blocking the view. The suites were very modern with comfortable beds.

Big thanks to him again for everything! We’ve got only good things to say and would definitely recommend it. If we ever find ourselves in Sicily again, we’d love to come back here!
