We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly recommend this first floor apartment. It is in an ideal location just off the Piazza Santa Margherita in the old town and only a short walk to shops and restaurants. It's well designed, immaculately clean and well equipped and has a large terrace for outdoor dining. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are cool in hot weather. Breakfast vouchers are provided for coffee and croissants at 3 local bars. We enjoyed the Bar Tropical just round the corner. Communication was excellent throughout our stay and our hosts Francesca and Mariassunta were amazing, very helpful and friendly, we will certainly return.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. Check in and check out went smooth. The neighborhood was calm and safe. Also the historic part of town wasn't as far as we initially thought.

We were on the way to FCO to fly out to JFK and decided to visit L'Aquila the day before. It was very nice, quiet, clean place in the excellent location. There were fruits, bottle of water, milk, fruit drinks in the fridge & ice pops in the freezer! What a surprise & welcoming gesture! We loved L'Aquila and will come back to explore the area. L’hébergement Antica Dimora San Crisante - centro storico offre une vue sur la montagne, à environ 32 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Campo Felice - Rocca di Cambio. - la situation: dans le centre historique - l’accueil: nous avons pu déposer nos bagages avant l’heure du check in et nous avons également eu accès au logement avant celle-ci et le jour du départ nous avons également pu les laisser - le logement: la déco, l’espace, la propreté, le calme Pour le petit déjeuner, pas besoin d’aller loin, le Brio (petite boulangerie avec de magnifiques produits et un accueil super sympa) se trouve au pied de l’immeuble.

Andrea was a fabulous host from checking in and showing us the facilities and giving us a lot of good tips on what to see and places to eat. He gave us the choice of rooms as we were the only guests that evening and we chose the front room. He did warn us it was the noisiest though as it faced the street but we preferred to have the bathroom inside the room. The other rooms have a bathroom across the corridor which is not shared but for convenience we chose the room with the bathroom inside. The property is well situated and close to all attractions. We got a park right outside and did drive to a couple of places but that was more to save time as we checked in quite late after a long drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The shower was quite large by Italian standards and lovely and hot with great water pressure.

We were there as a group of 7 young people and as you can imagine, we were very messy and loud, but the owners were very kind and friendly and didn't have problem with that. They cleaned the rooms everyday, even with the whole mess we were leaving after us. The breakfast had everything we needed and they were fine with any changes in the time to be served. I would definetly come back! Thank you for everythig!
