Very nice room well equipped. Staff members are nice, very professional and speak English, same for the owner. I highly recommend to have dinner there, it was delicious. Location is great, around 5 minutes from the main attractions of kusatsu. I would definitely stay there again.

The lady who welcomed us was very polite and friendly, and she could speak very good English. The baths were also great with two different hot water sources and a sauna.

Also they leave small Japanese sweets for afternoon :) Great ryokan experience, very comfortable beds, yukatas are very stylish and comfortable. View is amazing. The region is very nice for hiking.
