There is onsen water coming out of the bathtub water tap. So you could enjoy the view while having a private onsen session in your own room. Located in the Hanazono resort and is within walking distance to the summer gondola, light show, zipline etc. Will definitely visit again!

Ski rental on site and the shuttles were frequent and excellent. Early check-in was accommodated, loved the little Japanese PJs they gave us for our stay.

The hotel also offers free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

Having a chromecast and a Bose speaker is a nice add! The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is quite quiet during off season, which is quite relaxing, perfect for us. The breakfast is amazing, with an impressive variety of products available. The sushi restaurant is epic. The spa is really nice as well. Epic experience.

All rooms feature a dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher. The private bathroom comes with free toiletries. Very convenient for it’s ski-in ski-out facility. Room was cosy and comfortable. The washing machine and kitchenette definitely helped for longer stays. Location was very strategic as it was only a few minutes walk away to great eats and the convenience stores. Staff were always so helpful and friendly.

The property offers a free shuttle service into the village. Great location on the slopes; Wonderful multilingual staff; full buffet breakfast with lots of options. We enjoyed the gym and the onsen as well. Great ski shop for rentals.

Miru Niseko, is located an 8-minute drive from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village Ski Resort. Hangetsukohan Natural Park and Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area are within a 15-minute drive from the property. Free WiFi is provided in all areas. The private parking is available on site for free. The staff are very helpful and assisted us in carrying our luggage up one floor. The staff at the counter can speak fluent English. The car parking space is nice, with some spaces equipped with electric car chargers, but we did not drive an electric car, so I can't comment on whether the charger works. Breakfast is excellent in taste and presentation. They have an onsite restaurant that serves dinner, but we did not try it this time. The room is modern and spacious enough for two people, with a beautiful mountain view. The onsen is nice and comfortable

Rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Niseko’s natural beauty. Free WiFi and free private parking is also available on site. A beautiful spacious room with a huge bed. Beautiful location. They provided a buzz of little cakes in the room. Had lots of facilities that unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of due to a really short stay. Staff organised a free early morning transfer(6am) to the Kutchan train station.

JR Niseko Train Station is located a 10-minute taxi ride away. Quality is top! Onsen is amazing, staff is wonderful, 5 minutes walking from the slopes, food fantastic! Would definitely repeat
