The thing we appreciated most was the hospitality -- the staff were very attentive and helpful, from the front desk, room service and in-house dining. Our room had a beautiful view, the beds and beddings were great. We actually had the best sleep here.

The hotel also offers free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Loved that the kitchen was pre-stocked with everything we needed to make our first morning breakfast! I didn't realize this when I booked and pleasantly surprised. The beds were firm and very comfortable + 2 pillows per person, a luxury in Japan!

However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

The property offers a free shuttle service into the village. Everything about this property was perfect. From the location, to the views, to the facilities...incredible. But most of all, the service staff here are just top notch.

Miru Niseko, is located an 8-minute drive from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village Ski Resort. Hangetsukohan Natural Park and Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area are within a 15-minute drive from the property. Free WiFi is provided in all areas. The private parking is available on site for free. Breakfast was wonderful. Onsen was lovely. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Loved the ease of storing the ski gear in the front room to dry and be ready the next day. Delightful stay and we would recommend the Miru!

The onsen and rooms were outstanding.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and valet parking for guests. Everything was amazing at Zaborin. The snow view was beautiful and surreal. Room price included both breakfast and dinner. Unlike some meal inclusive resorts, the food quality here was superior and on par with what you would get at top-tier restaurants. The service is also impeccable. All the staff we met were amazing and epitome of Japanese service.

Ikoino Yuyado Iroha is just a 7-minute walk from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort. Guests can soak in the hot spring baths or connect to the free WiFi. JR Niseko Train Station is located a 10-minute taxi ride away. Clean, nice staff excellent service
