One of us couldn't attend the public onsen due to extensive tattoos, but the option of a private onsen circumvented this issue.

We upgrade our room with a private onsen, they fill up the water and keep it warm just so we won't have to wait, very thoughtful. The food is super good quality, enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at this place. Really 10/10!!
