Thanks to the kind owners of the hostel and the café downstairs, I felt truly welcome. The café space between the lower café and the hostel was open to guests, and I enjoyed spending my evening there. The room was adorable and clean, with a nice view of the river and the bridge – which lit up at night in rhythm to Korean hits, including Dynamite by BTS, which really made me smile. Danyang was magical, and if I ever travel in the area again, I will definitely come back.

She helped us pick lettuce and other veggies for dinner. The surroundings are very quiet and green. Loved the wireless TV stand as well. The creek is right in the backyard of the house, which had cute golf practice nets and clean creek to take a dip on a hot summer day.

The real warm korean hospitality was clearly felt. This is why we love south korea so much.

The room was cozy and clean, front desk staffers were all super polite and helpful, and breakfast buffet was a delight. But the best thing out of everything was the bed. Bed mattress felt like a cloud and the pillows are just like marshmallows. 😊
