The staff was incredibly tentative and kind, and allowed us to have a late checkout and relax by the pool after our safari which was perfect.

We walked through bush, rock, and lake areas at Yakaduru, savoring the diverse environment. How nice is that environment? When we see a lake with crocodiles, then again, we see a dry bush area, and we see a rough rock area. We felt the difference in Yakaduru's environment as we walked through bush walks. It's a traditional tour package, and we experienced safari and camping there. We could see how they roasted BBQ for us outdoors. So, we were excited to gain more and more varied experiences continuously. Rooms are small but sufficient, with all facilities. They resemble clean, pretty village houses. We felt like we were in a traditional world, living a village life. It's a great experience that you must have.

There was a good breakfast and a lot of restaurants close by for convenience. Definitely head to the ancient temples close by. It's right next to the lake so it was very relaxing for my family.

The hotel provides an indoor pool and a 24-hour front desk. We had such a beautiful stay at My Resort Yala. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and cared for - the staff really want to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This is evident in the facilities - air con, good fans, filtered water in the room, mosquito nets (even though there weren’t many mosquitos), a fridge, a hair dryer, adapters to suit every country’s appliances. My favourite - bicycles. This allowed us to ride around town - a thoroughly enjoyable way to see the place. We did an afternoon safari and managed to see a sloth bear! Along with so many other animals - many elephants, crocodiles, deer, bird species, mongoose, jackals, goannas (probably forgetting a lot here). The leopard eluded us. My husband and I have been on safari in Africa so we thought maybe we’d be underwhelmed - but it was awesome. The pool was great for my kids. The temperature was just right. Breakfast was tasty and very generous, and the place has such a peaceful outlook over the rice fields. All of this for such good value. Thank you to all the staff for making this such a lovely stay.

It was the best place during my trip. The room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable. We got 5 star service here. Nalin was very kind and nice, prepared everything I asked for, hot water for shower, fruit and blanket. He also brought us to see sunrise, visit 4 beautiful lakes and local temples, and introduced birds. He has very rich bird knowledge. We even saw swimming crocodile in a lake! His wife cooks so well! We had super delicious homemade dinner. I really love it! Nalin also helped us book a safari, and we saw leopard, bear, and many other animals.

Attention to details of this place and level of service is at the highest level. I really enjoyed the smell and quality of linen and towels. And they do have hot water showers now (which we didn’t expect due to the reviews)
