It was a safe location more due to the fact that it is a private location and no just anyone can go in. We were provided with a spare blanket due to how cold it was. Very clean, they have alot of staff that were all friendly. If the staff would see us they would always greet us even down the hallways. The buffet breakfast was always delicious 🤤 The hotel has the best possible location if going to the us consulate since its right next door. The one wifi code worked around the entire hotel, which made it so easy for me to take my work laptop with me to breakfast, lobby or terrace. The rooms were pretty sound proof. Lastly i wanted to add juarez is beautiful city there is so much to do around the hotel. The mall is across the street.

Our room was comfortable with a lovely view of the town and the Chepe train coming in. Our host was helpful. Location was good, it was easy to walk to bus and train and to go for countryside walks.
