This place is magical, ZENtik is the perfect name for this hotel ! The location is also very good, 15 min walk to the cenote Zaci and the center ( very safe to walk from the hotel ). Also, ive to repeat myself but the staff is amazing. This hotel is a gem and i recommend it 100% !

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is super clean, and the staff is nice. One waiter, in particular, was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The other waiters were average, but aside from that, it was a great experience.

Room is very comfortable, I loved both the bed and pillows. Washroom is quite big as well. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing, with great food and fair prices. You get a small discount for being a guest. Unfortunately the pool was being fixed. However, the hotel granted us a day pass to other hotel so that my nephew could enjoy a pool. They were very kind and helpful. There is parking inside the installations and the area is very safe. The stay was perfect.
