The air-conditioned accommodation is 800 metres from Whangarei Art Museum. The property is non-smoking and is situated less than 1 km from Claphams Clock Museum. The location of the house, close to town and we loved the lake also seeing the beautiful sunrise every morning. Inside the house was immaculate, ever cosy and welcoming.

Very comfortable, nice breakfast selection including lovely fresh sourdough bread. Jan recommended heading to the surf beach to see the last of the sun which was beautiful. She also recommended a restaurant/pub for dinner which was perfect for our last night in NZ. To top it all off, the skies were so clear from the garden, we were able to see the Milky Way and millions of stars. A perfect end to our holiday. Thanks for hosting us. Couldn't have been better.
