Everything was lovely and the views from the unit were amazing. Our bedroom was great with a comfortable king bed and great shower/bathroom. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very friendly without being intrusive. We were the only guest so had the common area to ourselves as well and enjoyed the excellent included continental breakfast. Highly recommend The Salty Bushman for your stay in The Catlins.

Such a wonderful place with great history. Very cozy with lots of small details which make everything perfect for a nice stay. Jill the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. We would’ve loved to stay more time.

Was certainly on the level of a home away from home. Walked in and instantly breathed a sigh of relief at being there. The kitchen was wonderfully fitted out, the addition of staple food items was great - if we’d decided to cook, or had been there longer.

L'emplacement est top. L'hôte a directement regardé si nous pouvions voir des aurores boréales pour nous indiquer un bon spot mais malheureusement ce n'était pas la bonne période.

Le Seascape Accommodation propose 2 appartements modernes, tous dotés d'un mobilier de qualité, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'une télévision connectée. I absolutely loved everything about this place, it was definitely one of my favourites in all of NZ! The owner is so kind and responsive, always quick to help with anything we needed. The place is spotlessly clean and tidy, and it's full of lovely little touches that immediately make you feel right at home. Everything is really well organised and well thought out, you can tell they've put so much care into every detail. And the view from the porch right in front of the sea is just incredible! I could have sat there for hours just watching the waves. Kaka Point is such a lovely, safe little community, we felt so welcomed by everyone we met, and the Caitlins in general are absolutely wonderful to explore. Close to the place there's a really good pub as well, and the building made of wood and driftwood was such a treat, a real pleasure to see and perfectly fits the coastal vibe. I honestly can't recommend this place enough and I'm already hoping we can come back soon! If you're looking for somewhere special to stay in this area, this is definitely it.

Proposant un hébergement indépendant de luxe dans la petite ville de Kaka Point, en bord de mer, le Kaka Point Resort est entouré d'une abondance de faune, vivant dans leur habitat naturel, y compris... Amazing view of the ocean and the surfers. The heated beds were helpful to make sleep very cozy.
