I spent a magical few weeks at Fare Vahine Oviri in December 2024. The host (Johnny) and his wonderful parents (Nuie Nuie and Claude) immersed me in French Polynesian culture which has left a strong and lasting impression on me. The self contained facilities in the villa were very good. The villa is situated at the water's edge. It was so easy to engage in snorkelling and swimming. I was even invited to partake in a community group canoeing practice session which was memorable. The villa is situated approximately 13km from the centre of the town, in a quiet location near the botanical gardens. There are lots of additional activities available which can be arranged or advise sought by Johnny. Can't wait to return.

I wished we could have stayed for a month instead of 3 days! We loved our stay. The hosts were kind, helpful and welcoming and we learned a lot about Polynesia. The bungalow is very spacious, including the bathroom, and there is a walk-in closet. The bed was very comfortable, and the communal kitchen was such a delight, they have great appliances. A lot of thought has gone into building this place, for example having a door that goes directly into the bathroom so that you don’t fill the main room with sand. The property is kayaks and we kayaked to the most pristine motu, where we saw baby sharks!! Incredible place.

Nous avions la maison complète (2 chambres + cuisine, séjour et terrasse avec une vue luxuriante !). Isabelle et Edouard nous ont fort bien accueillis et nous les remercions. Nous vous recommandons cet hébergement de qualité, parce que les propriétaires sont soucieux du bien être de leur clients. Nous remercions aussi Edouard pour avoir prêté sa voiture à notre amie souffrante pour qu'elle se rende chez le médecin.

A 10 out of 10 hotel. They knew it was our honeymoon and had several special touches ready for our arrival. The hotel has everything you need and the staff is incredibly attentive (special thanks to Elodie and Kohai). They also help you with any excursions you’d like to do. If we come back to Raiatea, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Situé à Tahu-Naoe, l’hébergement Fare Raniarii met à votre disposition une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et offre une vue sur le jardin. Amazing house and a very kind owner. Huge patio, washing machine, very well equipped kitchen, working AC in every room, newly renovated. Highly recommend!

From the very first day, we felt completely at home. The kitchen is excellent, and the room is very spacious with a lovely balcony. We especially enjoyed the adorable dogs nearby, we became great friends with them! Communication with the host was always quick, and they were very helpful with any questions we had. Because of all this, and the great location, we can highly recommend this accommodation.
