I really loved the decor, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many choices. We had a meal at the restaurant and the food was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved the pool and the spa, very clean, nice temperature, great choices of 4 different types of sauna. The location is great in walking distance from the lake. Overall great experience, would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends and family

I genuinely believe this is the best hotel in the city, possibly in the entire region. We stayed in many hotels during our trip, so we have something to compare it to. A special thanks to the staff for their genuine friendliness and warmth. The restaurant staff were attentive and professional. The cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were stylish, spotless, and everything felt brand new. Every day, they provided us with herbal tea in a thermos. There were many thoughtful gestures from the hotel, from gifts for the kids to a festive breakfast on Christmas morning. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, in a new part of the city. It has easy parking and plenty of shops nearby. If you’re going to Brașov, don’t hesitate to stay at QOSMO!
