Wake up to the sounds of the jungle and running rivers at Fern Resort Mae Hong Son. This nature resort features traditional Shan tribe bungalows and an outdoor pool. A free shuttle runs to/from Mae Hong Son Airport and Bus Station. Perfect infinity pool with rice field view. A lot of space in the bungalow and little creek behind it. The stuff was so nice, so they even put an umbrella near your room when suddenly started raining (I left mine in the car - so it was very helpful to get to/from the restaurant on site.

Situated along the banks of Pai River, within tropical gardens, Pai Village Boutique Resort provides rustic wooden cottages. It provides massage services and is only a 5-minute walk from Wat Pa Kham Temple. It felt classy. My wife was happy. Other guests were quiet and seemed classy. Location was absolutely ideal. It allows you to use your own restroom and decompress from walking street and hanging out, and then is so close that you can easily go back. The noise level was actually quite low for how close it was to everything. We really liked it. Probably the best option for those looking to spend around 100 usd a night. Breakfast was good too.

My 4-year-old son had the time of his life feeding the ducks, fish, and goats. It’s also within walking distance of Pai Walking Street, offering just the right balance of convenience and tranquility.

It feels very luxurious, in a good way - we paid a little extra for a room with a bathtub and it was definitely worth it. The hotel is a 2-min walk from the lake. We didn't have any problems communicating with the host and the breakfast was great (I had the vegetarian option).
