The owner and staff were extremely accommodating answering questions and although they didn’t speak perfect English the owner is well versed and can carry a very good conversation . The breakfast was included and always a nice way to start your day , eggs, sausages,toast , fruit , salad, and other Thai style dishes plus tea and coffee and other drinks … I felt it was a great value for the money and I can’t stress enough the place was modern and clean I even counted 8 smoke detectors on my floor alone …there were many shops and restaurants within easy walking as an added bonus !!!!

Hat off to the owner Khun Kay who treated us so well even we'd never met her in person. We were truly happy staying here and definitely come again.

It was professionally set up and it has a beautiful view over the rice fields. There is a good pub nearby too, The Lagoon. Bathroom was good as well, with a nice hot shower and a good AC in the room.
