Rafik is a treasure, and the short walking tour he gave us around the village was terrific, highlighting things we certainly would not have noticed on our own. The rest of the staff is great, too.

The place was my favorite accommodation on an all too short 7 night trip to Tunisia. Very friendly staff, good food, lots of hot water, short walk down the road to the Star Wars place.

Even let us choose from two big apartments and threw in a free breakfast at five!! In the morning so we could start pedaling in agreeable temperatures.. big 10 out of 10

With free WiFi, this 1-bedroom apartment offers a flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a minibar. The accommodation is non-smoking. True rural Tunisian hospitality from the Amazighe family who run the dar. A brilliant place to stay if you like being off the beaten track and want a genuine taste of how local Tunisians live. My room was beautifully decorated with traditional rugs and woven shawls and was cosy and comfortable. I was so well looked after by 3 generations of the family who came up in the evening, when we all shared a meal together. There are 3 lovely friendly dogs, a magnificent cat, 2 peacocks and several goats on the dar as well. My dog did not want to leave as she had made so many friends there.
