The bed was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was very strong and the TV had many channels. The host was very warm, welcoming, diligent, friendly, and helpful. The place is run by a family. The son helped us carry our luggages to the 2nd floor. The place has no elevator. Our room is huge with all the basic amenities. It's got a great view from the patio. On clear days one can view the sun rise there. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. It's about a 10 min drive from the Tai Ping sky ladder. There are no resturants close by, so grab your bento from the Tai Ping old street. Highly recommended.

The seclusion in the mountains literally feels like you’re on a luxury retreat. The stay is in the mountains so make sure you pack your lunch and dinner ahead since they only provide breakfast. They have a kitchen or microwave for you. They also have a water dispenser. The view is phenomenal here and you get to hike if you feel like it all the way to the top of the mountain for free. They also have cats and dogs.

Excellent hosts with attention to every detail to ensure comfort of the guests. We arrived late (after dinner) and it was dark and raining heavily. Hosts came out to greet us with umbrellas and took our luggage to the rooms. Breakfast next morning was excellent and we could not finish. Host packed the balance with extra homemade bread for us to eat during our journey. House and rooms are amazing, comfortable and luxurious. Room rate is steep, but highly recommend stay for special occasion(s).
