Located near the Chicago River, the hotel with free WiFi access is 10 minutes’ walk from Navy Pier. We had a quiet spacious Premium King room, which had a huge comfortable bed and views towards the river. The large bathroom was great and had plenty of free toiletries. The hotel location was convenient with many restaurants nearby. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. At check-in, Chanel, kindly gave us some lovely sparkling wine to take to our room as it was my birthday celebration. Thank you so much.

We get a problem with the TV, and the customer service responded immediately and fixed the issue the day after. It’s located in the downtown, around 5 minutes walk from the magnificent mile. The surrounding area is walkable, you can find restaurants, cafe, and supermarkets within few minutes walking. We highly recommend the stay, and I will take it again for our future chicago trips.
