There were all the amenities imaginable in the closet downstairs (irons, toiletries, extra towels, etc), and the kitchen was stocked with quite a few items as well. Every member of the staff that we met was helpful and friendly, and it felt genuine too. Obviously, the location is very hard to beat, but though it's absolutely great, - everything else was even better.
