Super accomodative team. Allowed an early check-in for no additional costs and service at the hotel is amazing. Super comfortable beds. Great value for money, in the heart of the city. Air conditioner is also super powerful and offers a great escape from the hanoi humidity. They offer spa services, shuttle to the spa, and also organize tours nearby. Wish I stayed here longer and hope to be back again soon!

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel is nice and so are the rooms. The location is great, very lively area but not noise when inside the hotel. Would recommend :)

This is a small but very nicely appointed boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room and facilities were excellent; with clean linens, nice bath/shower and excellent climate control. The shining attribute of this hotel, though, is its staff - they manager, Mr. Leo Nguyen, was happy to provide arrangements for taxi from the airport to the hotel, and to interface with our planned activities to anticipate and deflect any problems. All of the staff, in fact, were very gracious and friendly.

The ambiance, cleanliness, and attention to detail really impressed us. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was, perfect for a restful break. Every interaction with the team – from the front desk to housekeeping – was genuine and kind. It’s rare to find this level of service, and it made our stay truly memorable.
