The room was very nice, neat, but the outside was very cosy, the whole yard. There is a small lake (artificial) where you can see turtles, it has a floating raft. Fire places for grilling food, sheds for hanging out. The owner was very nice, the whole place is jazz themed with mentions of famous jazz musicians. We also got tasty dinner, made by the owner himself, good wine and some jazz music. He even put the video projector, candles, it was romantic. It is super chill, the owner is super chill, friendly, there is also a dog, who is even more chill.

Everything was perfect, great moment of hospitality. The view on the mont Ararat is astonishing. The host is so welcoming and the facilities are the highest Armenian standard’s.

The nice views, the host and the facilities were all amazing. There was a sauna, two swimming pools and a hot tub, also there was amazing food for breakfast, lunch and diner. We were allowed to pick our own fruits from the orchyard, wich was a great expierence.

The location is excellent, a 5-10 min walk to Garni Temple. It's huge, you have a whole apartment here, family sized kitchen with a fridge and cooker, room to sleep up to 5 people. Your own outdoor and indoor dinning area. Even as a solo traveller I appreciated the extra space. It's also feels really authentic for a lack of a better term. Old school decor, wooden floors, decorated columns. I appreciated that about it. The people who run it are also super friendly and communicate well with English. They were very concerned to make sure I wasn't cold so I ended up having such a comfy night's sleep with a tone of blankets and pillows. I can't stress enough how much cheaper this is (especially for what you get) than anywhere else I have been in Armenia. I paid 5600 per night and the only place I have found that is cheaper was a hostel (ie in a bunk in a shared room) that was 4400 a night. This is barely more expensive for a whole apartment. The best deal I got in the whole of Armenia, absolutely would recommend.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Aygavan, B&B Sunrise House Aygavan is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the city.

It was wonderful to stay in the guesthouse an old Armenian husband and wife are managing. They are super lovely and heartwarming people. I spent time to drink coffee several times with them. They can't speak English but we can communicate with love. The hostel is very clean and there's no problem. I definitely can recommend to staying here!

Good value for price, I particularly recommend for budget travelers. The bed was comfortable, the interior of the apartment was modern and nice decor and hot water was available in a spacious bathroom. There was a washing machine in the bathroom and a kettle in the lounge area. It was easy to find as I had their phone number and then there is 'Tatev' wrote on the wall beside the gate and there is also a clearly visible white sign with black and green text that says guesthouse/bungalow. The owners were friendly. The man who stayed there with his child gave the place a family homesome atmosphere and another man who helped me phone the lady who spoke English over the phone were both very helpful. The location was okay for us because we could stop the 266 bus that went both to Yerevan and in the opposite direction closer to Gegehard monastery. It was 15 minute walk to Garni temple with shops and restaurants on the way.
