When booking the hotel  for parents was a little worried because of the lack of the triple room photos  (would be great if you add some professional photos to see all the rooms clearly) and some low reviews...But love when managers  take time to  make a comment after each review and try to clarify the situation. The hotel accepted critics well but unjust reviews are really dissapointing especially when the guest gives the low rating and doesnt bother to explain why. Now as for my family's  experience. The room was ready on time. The welcoming was very friendly and heartwarming, parents were excited. Attitude and honest attention  values a lot, so thank you dear all involved ♡, so much appreciated. As for the room, they offered even a better room that was booked (nephew was the  happiest to have the whole bedroom :)). The thing I needed was comfort, cleanliness and working air-conditioning for them to rest well, all was there. The room was on the 4th floor,  there is a nice lift. The room was spacious, actually was two bedrooms with a living room. The rooms were clean as the bathrooms , all amenities there even a toothpaste. The mattrasses comfortable. WIFI working well. There was a minor thing on the ceiling which they came up and apologised for, its in the process of fixing. Also they even ordered some food and loved it, good portion, tasty and reasonable price. Dear hotel staff, EACH of YOU , thank you.  Such human care and thoughtfulness make your hotel really special. I have read about your hospitality , now also can confirm that its truly so !

The location is excellent, a 5-10 min walk to Garni Temple. It's huge, you have a whole apartment here, family sized kitchen with a fridge and cooker, room to sleep up to 5 people. Your own outdoor and indoor dinning area. Even as a solo traveller I appreciated the extra space. It's also feels really authentic for a lack of a better term. Old school decor, wooden floors, decorated columns. I appreciated that about it. The people who run it are also super friendly and communicate well with English. They were very concerned to make sure I wasn't cold so I ended up having such a comfy night's sleep with a tone of blankets and pillows. I can't stress enough how much cheaper this is (especially for what you get) than anywhere else I have been in Armenia. I paid 5600 per night and the only place I have found that is cheaper was a hostel (ie in a bunk in a shared room) that was 4400 a night. This is barely more expensive for a whole apartment. The best deal I got in the whole of Armenia, absolutely would recommend.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and Cosy.I liked the place very much,it's near to the city centre about 5 -10 minutes ride. The staff is very friendly and affordable, they help each guest with everything.They offer a very tasty and health breakfast. Thank you for my nice and calm stay. This hotel is centrally located just minutes away from Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. The reception is open 24 hours and I was fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade on a high floor which featured a balcony with views of the city and Mount Ararat. The WiFi speed is good and the breakfast is exceptional! The reception staff were lovely and kind, and even sent someone straight to fix an issue I had with the light in my room. The housekeeping is very efficient and the room is consistently already made up for you when you return from breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!
