A long hard drive up some very steep & winding roads but well worth the effort for the amazing views from its 1800m altitude. The spectacular location was equally matched by the quality of the accommodation, food, & lovely friendly hospitality provided by the family hosts.     Great for a stop off between Italy and Slovenia. The hosts were very friendly and gave me tips for how to spend my day there. The room was large and very clean, breakfast was great and the location was easy to find. There isn't much around so you do need a car.
