Everything was perfect! Very helpful and lovely host, very comfortable and clean apartment, beautiful location, dog friendly. We are very grateful to the host for allowing us to stay a bit longer in the morning :) Delicious coffee! We really enjoyed our stay here and we wish we could have stayed some more days.

Absolutely Exceptional Stay at Warmbad Apartments! I absolutely loved everything about my stay at Warmbad Apartments! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and fresh mountain air. The location is perfect, quiet, yet close enough to everything you need. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a family might need. We had a fully functional kitchen, cozy beds, and a lovely balcony with a view that instantly relaxed us. Every detail was carefully prepared, making it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful – discreet yet always available when needed. You can feel the warmth and care they put into this place. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, serene setting. I would come back here in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

The hosts are very friendly and provide excellent advice about local activities and how to combine multiple nice activities on a day. Also the rooms are very nice and there are a lot of fun things to do and to enjoy. Would recommend the Kärnten Karte for a stay of at least a few days, lots of savings on activities.

    I was on a working trip with my colleges in Velden and we found this beautiful apartment for us. 10 minutes from Velden by car, and very close to the highway. The apartment located in a family farm, which was absolutely beautiful, i would love to live here! Lot of green areas, playground for kids. Very clean, well equiped and beautiful views. I hope i will return!
