The friendly atmosphere - hostel owners Shamil and Orxan said at the beginning that the guests would be like brothers, and that is what it felt like. We would go out together, eat together, and even a football match. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Each and everything about the hotel was incredible, architecture of the building, convenience of rooms for family, service, location etc to name a few. Farhad, the in charge was always kind and approchable for any service or support. Ali, the night shift boy, played piano when we requested which my kids enjoyed 🙂.

The location is amazing all the famous places near by can explore by walk and save the money... The hostel situated at very peaceful place. Value to money The host Mr Rasool was so helpful.. We had an amazing experience at Ritz-Carlton Hotel Baku. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch. Zaur Nabiev from the night shift reception was extremely helpful during the time. He provided me tremendous assistances and have prompt responses to my questions, which ensures the 3-night stay for us were cozy and memorable. Thank you again, Zaur! The room was comfortable and spacious with an excellent view over the Zaha Hadid landmark. We enjoyed the huge bathroom and free standing bath. The toiletries provided in the bathroom smell delicious, as well as the common areas scent. The hotel amenities are fantastic, especially the Blind Tiger Bar and fitness center. The location is also convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend Ritz-Carlton Hotel Baku to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.
