It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in so far in Bulgaria. The staff was helpful, attentive, and spoke English. The food was excellent, many options and delicious. Our room was clean with a nice view. We mainly spent our time around the pool outside, it was nice and clean. The pool was quite big and not crowded.

Everything was perfect from the size of the rooms , to the facilities , to the indoors and outdoors pools , to the thermal zone . The 3 indoors pools with the four Jacuzzi were the biggest under one roof I have ever seen. Everywhere was spacious and you never feel crowded. Breakfast was amazing with huge variety of food. Definitely we will come again in the near future .

Lovely large space. Beautifully decorated with art. Comfortable beds and extremely clean. Ample parking all around. We used this as a base to explore the Central balkan national park. I highly reccomend. Communication was excellent with the host and would not hesitate to stay here again. The kitchen was well equipped with everything.

Everything as described/ expected except that there were some lucious grapes too. The owner gave great instructions/ directions on getting to the place. The neighbour's dogs made me feel like I had just the right amount of company/protection. Once inside there are big grounds with grape vines and the cottage is like a mini ethnographic museum. I used it as a base to go visit some of the mountain huts and it was perfect for that but it's also a good option for backpackers (kind of urban camping but without the need for stealth) on a budget.
