The room was clean and very cosy. Wonderful view from the window. A quiet and peaceful location. Delicious coffee in the morning and good breakfast. And last but not least - very friendly owner and his staff! Definitely worth recommending!

When I booked the Window it was all about the view. It turns out that the spectacular view is surpassed by the incredible service. Katiusca was amazing! We felt so welcomed and so grateful for all the extra things she did for us. She organised my favourite wine and aperitivo for a romantic evening. We used their brand new e-bikes to visit the town easily. Katiusca brought us some special cake cooked by her mother for Swiss National Day and invited us to join a local celebration. Everything was perfect and I just didn’t want to leave, I felt like I had found a new friend! The whole experience was wonderful. I don’t often leave reviews but this was so well deserved. Thank you. Thank you 🙏🏻

We could not have asked for a better experience, excellent communication from the start. The views are spectacular, the apartment is high quality and beautiful. I didn't want to leave the kitchen! Everything was superb and the produce for sale was reasonably priced. Overall it was excellent and we'd love to come back.

The apartment in Bellinzona right in the center of the city, a short distance from the main square, the town hall and the lift from Piazza del Sole to Castelgrande is the perfect base for exploring all three castles in the area.     We loved the location in the high hills with Lago do Maggiore in the distance. The view from our bedroom was wonderful to wake up to in the morning. So peaceful and quiet. Our host and his family were delightful, very kind and friendly and we were given advice on the best places to visit from which I have included a photo. The food was excellent as was the price. We would stay here again

    The view from the hotel was amazing, right on the valley and the mountains. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had good sense of humor. The breakfast was very good with some fresh eggs and fruits. The place also has a nice atmosphere. It is really a location for nature lovers.
