This was an excellent penthouse apartment. Our host was very friendly and carried our bags up to the apartment. Being at 1440m up, we had perfect views of the snowy mountains from our balcony. It was extremely clean and lots of extra luxury items were provided. We also had a mini bar and snacks in the room. My dog was given a bed and some bowls, and we were allowed a flexible check out time. Will definitely be returning.

Exceptional service from all staffs from date of booking till our check out. Booking.com shocked me by cancelling my taxi booking on the eve of my check-out and I had to get the hotel staff to help me with a taxi booking. They were steady, swift and very professional. The hotel rooms are exceptionally comfy, clean and tidy. Thanks for the lovely swiss alps experience with a hotel experience that is so pleasant. The train station and the ski station is very near the hotel. So we are able to catch all the sights easily. Lastly, we went to the victorinox shop and the staff nicole was exceptionally professional and friendly. She gave such great customer service that my teacher who was travelling with us today was very impressed.

We had a great time at this hotel! Everything was perfect - the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. Breakfasts were delicious. The chalet was spotless and in the perfect location for us as visiting family in Wassen. If you want to cook there is everything you need plus an excellent coffee machine. Plenty of room for a big family and smart tv if needed. Showers were excellent with lots of hot water and powerful. Terrace get the early morning sunshine and perfect if you enjoy watching the trains go past.

Superb location close to Susten pass. Chose specifically for that reason as 4 of us on motorbike tour. Met owner who super friendly and seemed an interesting character. Secure garage for motorbikes.
