The host is very kind and considerate. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is very tasteful. It has the warmth of home and the convenience of a hotel. I like the flowers and plants on the balcony. The room provides all the toiletries and bottled water. The location is excellent, overlooking the Sophia Church, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the flood control memorial tower by the river. The host was very enthusiastic to help us arrange transport to the airport as well 3 very big luggages. They have well deserved five stars rating from me, and I highly recommend to friends who come to Harbin for tourism or business trips.

You could not have a better Hotel service experience anywhere in the world. I was so surprised at how amazing the service was really, and truly it. I had so many quick responses by email. I had really fast text message and phone call. I had the fastest pick up from the airport faster than they promised.. I had wake up calls in the morning let me open. I even got Smiley’s after I got delivered to the airport, texted to me. They were so happy to see me. They were so happy to help me they hang my clothes out on the line to dry I can’t even tell you how kind and good this place is and the people that run it me.

In love with this hotel. So clean, the room has everything. The breakfast is so delicious. If I got the chance again to go to Harbin, I will choose it for sure. Also it is 5-8 min to the central street of Harbin. Everything is near. The price is really good for such quality. Moreover, the staff are so friendly;

Amazing apartment and very caring owner. Everything is exactly as described and in the photos, the price/quality ratio is very nice. The apartment is very clean, there are plenty of dishes in case you want to cook, there are air conditioners in case you get cold. The view from the window is to the city center. Next to it is a small grocery and family restaurant with barbecue. Self check-in with instructions from the owner (he even wrote to us at night to make sure we could get into the apartment). The owner even gave advice on what to visit in Harbin, I really felt that we were taken care of. Important point: the owner asked to pay for the stay through WeChat, not through Booking. I was a little confused by this, but I worried in vain, there were no problems with the payment, the owner can be trusted. Strongly recommend!
