We really liked how spacious our apartment was! We could lay all our suitcases out and we were connected with a shopping mall. Thus, as long as you came back before 22:00 you could enter there, otherwise just a 2 minute walk from the other exit. Additionally, the service was really fast as we could request new towels, tissues, toilet rolls, and anything else we needed via WeChat, and it came within minutes of requesting.

We only stayed one night at Xiangwang Hotel to catch an early flight, but the experience was fantastic. The staff, especially Jay, were incredibly attentive and helpful. I asked them to book a Michelin-starred restaurant for dinner since I don’t speak Chinese, and they not only secured the reservation but even called the restaurant to inform them of my delayed flight — so impressive! The free airport shuttle is amazing — they called our room to let us know exactly when it was ready, and it picked us up right at the hotel entrance. The room was simple, comfortable, and the shower with temperature control, LED display, and dual shower heads was really cool. If you need a convenient place near Shanghai Pudong Airport, this is perfect. Highly recommended!

I have been to Shanghai for several business in a row. This is the best apartment, clean and tidy. There is a super-large living room, and the bed in the master bedroom is also very comfortable. The house is designed very creatively. The surrounding facilities are very complete. Xintiandi, French Concession and Nanjing Road are all nearby. The check-in process is very simple and convenient, and the staff is also very enthusiastic. If I hadn't booked a ticket, I would like to stay for a few more days. Thank you, landlord. Xiexie.

Do not be put off by the walk way or building entrance look. There is sufficient lighting along the way to the unit. Instructions to locate the building and access to the room was very clear and detailed. The 2 bedroom, hall and kitchen are well decorated and have all the necessary utensils, cups, wine glasses fork n spoon, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine. Basically all that is needed for a family room is available. Aircon work well although have a unique way to turn on as detailed in the Instructions. There is a number lock metal luggage cabinet where you can put about 2x24" and 1 back pack luggage for pre-check in and after check-out. Instructions to clear the rubbish at the rubbish dump was very clear. The unit are protected with a CCTV outside the unit at the 5th floor. The owner was very fast and responsive and helpful.
