exceptionally friendly staff !!!!! Good light in the room (good for reading, working, but can of coursed be dimmed, too), good desk for work, nice to have had the terrace and to quickly be in the nice park next to the house. Great location near motorway A40, close to Moers (about 2 km through the Park to the pedestrian zone) and other cities. The huge park near the house is beautiful.

One of the best things about this apartment was the convenient location and free parking. We were travelling by car and it was a relief to find such place with its own parking spot. From there, it was easy to get to the city center and nearby attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, bright, and had everything we needed after long drives. A perfect base for exploring the region without worrying about logistics.

The apartment was just amazing everything about it. The comfort, balcony, comfy beds, kitchen appliances, calm heigborhood ,just everything. It's short 10-15 minut walk from train station trompet and short 10 minut train ride to city central station perfectly situated.

    Combining luxury with comfort, every small detail was taken care of, and even when I did not like a small detail and pointed it out, it was resolved at the highest level, in addition to the good treatment and the constant desire of the staff and their effort to make the residents happy with the stay, which makes me want to extend my vacation to stay for a longer period. I recommend it again and again.

    From checkin the staff was friendly and helpful, especially with our dog. The room was spacious and comfortable with top quality linens. Parking excellent and so was the food at dinner and breakfast. I have to mention that the spa is really world class and they are expanding it.

    The grounds in particular had a lovely "Yen type" of ambience a pleasure to sit and relax in. We did not use any of the leaisure facilities but are sure they too would be of exceptional standard. Our Pet Friendly room was large and fresh with plenty of space for our little dog. . The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide selection of good quality food. The staff were friendly and very attentive.
