Very friendly staff, super quick check in. The apartment looks brand new, is very clean and has all amenities in it including a full kitchen. Nice and quiet location with plenty of parking space available. Messe Berlin is approx. a 35 min drive. As we combined a business visit to Berlin with a family visit in in Schwante this was a perfection location and stay in all aspects.

The property was small be met our needs perfectly. It was very quiet. Well equipped allowing us to eat in if we wanted. We used the microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom was adequate and great shower, towels smelt fresh and were soft. Bed was hard and low but comfortable and bedding smelt lovely and fresh. Pillows were an unusual shape. Was cold when we first arrived but it soon warmed up. Nice seating area outside. Property very light when electric blinds were opened. We stayed here to attend Havelkanal parkrun and it was a lovely walk from the property to the start. We saw foxes and other wildlife on the walk. Lidl is 2 miles away but walkable.
